Nearly two decades of experience at multinational companies gave me a solid background for launching Vizi and Partners, where I can fully exploit my passion for developing smart service processes that bring proven results and working with a wide network of inspiring, dedicated professionals and long-term partners.

After graduating and specializing in finance and accounting, I have climbed the career ladder from Project Controller to Controlling Lead, then Chief Accountant, later on, CFO and CEO, and finally Finance and Operations Director.

During these 18 years, I have run several complex projects, including acquisitions and mergers, setting up control, BI, or ERP processes, treasury and tax management, SAP implementation and development projects, production line optimization, restructuring, and cutbacks with all the HR and legal aspects.

Founding my own businesses taught me a lot about sales, marketing strategy, and brand building, as well. Let it be manufacturing, finance, energetics, trading, or even the tourism sector, my in-depth understanding of diverse industries helps me to navigate confidently as a Consultant and offer tailor-made solutions.

As a Founder, I am dedicated to representing progressive values in my team, too, first of all, flexibility and delegating tasks based on the skills and personal motivation of my colleagues. I always welcome new possibilities and bold ideas, yet as a true family man, I place sustainable growth and work-life balance first. Thanks to my daughters, I realized the importance of early career orientation and I am motivated to support remote and part-time employment as part of a balanced and healthy society.

I graduated as a Process Engineer at Corvinus University (Faculty of Science of Food) which makes me fluent in the language of many industries, especially in production. While learning Quality Assurance at LRQA, I developed great care for details and accuracy.

My career started at a multinational tech company. As a Technical Writer, I have experienced early on, how great communication fosters success. In my next position as a Process Engineer, I gained many useful insights in the field of food processing, and I developed strong negotiation skills and a high level of team collaboration and project management.

These skills, combined with an analytical mindset and curiosity, help me to understand both our clients and candidates and build a bridge between them.

As co-founder of an adventurous family enterprise and a mother of four, my path led me to integrate all the colors of my professional experience in the quest for great talents.

I am convinced to establish a smart balance of human aspects and professional credibility for the best possible results. Systematic searching, and genuine and fruitful hiring processes based on mutual understanding – that’s my approach in recruitment.

Agnes Keresztesi is a distinguished Recruitment professional across Europe and North America (USA and Canada). Agnes brings a wealth of experience from a multinational recruitment company. She worked as a Recruitment Consultant for 2 years in Budapest, Hungary, and most notably worked at a small family-owned fast-paced company in the United States for 1,5 years. There, she excelled in sourcing and placing top talent for insurance and IT roles, including successfully placing a Director of Engineering for a $250K role. After venturing on as an independent freelancer, Agnes gained experience working with multiple clients, time and effort management. When it comes to recruitment, Agnes' expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate management, and her client relationship management skills has consistently driven successful outcomes. Holding degrees in Psychology and Human Resources, she is also a certified career coach with a passion for understanding client needs and finding the perfect match for their needs in an efficient and diligent manner.
